This template is designed to support businesses to identify, assess and manage psychosocial hazards in line with:
- ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety management systems;
- ISO 45003 Psychological health and safety at work;
- Code of Practice Managing psychosocial hazards at work 2022 (Cth); and
- Australian WHS obligations relating to psychosocial risks.
It is suitable for use as part of a broader WHS management system and should be used alongside your existing WHS, Psychosocial Health & Safety and HR policies.
