Our founder, Krystle, is at the forefront of business systems and technology having held Senior Consulting roles in Business Systems, ISO Accreditation and Company Documentation. Having consulted with top-tier companies through to SME's she wanted to find a solution to ongoing frustrations at every business size has around managing business systems in one place to make operations easier. Thus Astrowave was created and blasted off in search of companies to make their lives easier. Yes you can, any applicable payments will be completed to the nearest month. At which point all users will lose access to the portal and the data.
If you start on the Reach for the Stars package, you can move to the Land on the Moon package when you are ready.
The costing model is pro-rated so if you are ready in 6 months, you would just pay the difference for the last 6 months of your current subscription.
Upgrading can be done yourself within the portal.
Note, you do also have the ability to downgrade at any time, features within that package will just sit in the background and you won't lose any content in case you decide to upgrade again.

Yes, we have automated backups of client data in our Digital Pacific servers.
As long as you have a computer / mobile phone with an internet browser and internet connection, you are good to go.
You can have unlimited amounts of employees in Astrowave.
We will provide you with an employee migration template for you to populate and upload into the portal.
Complete the questionnaire located at the bottom of the website and someone from Astrowave will connect with you.

Yes. The number of employee forms will depend on the package you are subscribed to.
Yes, content is tailored for your business by professional HR Lawyers.
Yes, all forms are customisable. There are also templates in Astrowave which you can revise as needed.
Yes the content is all provided by professional HR Lawyers and tailored to your individual business requirements.
Within Astrowave, some content is able to be customised by you once it has been approved by the HR Lawyers. Please note that during the tailoring process, you will be asked to sign a declaration to take responsibity for any updates you may conduct without legal representation.

Yes, employee certificates are located on employee profiles and within the Employee Certificate Management module. If you have the "Land On The Moon or Go For The Galaxy" packages, you will have access to a calendar which shows expiration dates for easy monitoring.
Yes, the administrator and the employee will receive a notification within the portal for any expiring certificates.
Yes, there is a Noticeboard module to send company announcements and notices.
Yes, there is a calendar module within the dashboard for birthday celebrations.
If you have the "Land On The Moon or Go For The Galaxy" package, there is an event calendar that is accessible to administrators to create events and invite relevant employees similar to how Facebook events work. The employee then receives a notification within the portal and can respond with their availability
Yes, there is an activity log in your "Client Admin" Portal where you can view changes made by an admin / employee.
Yes, the dashboard shows who has / hasn't completed the HR Manual and how much progression each employee has made.

Our server is hosted in Amazon Web Service (AWS) where they take cloud security as their highest priority.
All data is stored in highly secured AWS data centers.
When an account has been suspended or cancelled for any reason, your data retains in our server for a limited time then it gets archived.
There will be a cost involved with supplying your data to you upon request.
All out data is stored within AWS infrastructure inside the Sydney region. All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
These files are redundantly stored within the AWS ecosystem and are encrypted in transit.
On-Site training is available at an additional cost based on your location. If this is something you are interested in, please ensure you request it during the proposal conversation.
Yes. the portal has video tutorials that will guide you throughout the process. If there is something missing, please let us know so we can add it in.
When you employer adds you to their Astrowave portal, you will get an email notification from "hello@astrowave.com.au" asking you to activate your account with the temporary password provided.
Sometimes this email can go into your spam / junk folder so be sure to check there if you can't find it.
At the bottom of each page within the Employee Manual, there is a button that says "I Understand, Mark as Complete". Press this button and that provides your written acknowledgment.
In the top right corner of the portal is a icon that looks like a person. If you select this icon, you can then select "My Profile" which will take you to your profile to update your information.
In the top right corner of the portal is an icon that looks like a bell, it will have a red dot on it and will shake when there are new notifications for you.
No you don't "NEED" to have you birthday on your profile however it's always nice to be wished "Happy Birthday" and feel special every now and then!
Yes, your activation email can be resent, please see your organisation's administrator for Astrowave and they will be able to action this for you.
On the login page, there is an option beneath the "I'm not a robot" called "Forgot Password". Select this option and it will allow you to reset your password.
Your organisation's Astrowave administrator will have provided you with a URL to access the portal.
If you cannot remember / find it, please see your organisation's administrator for access.
You can access the portal on any device, you just need to know the URL.
You can also save the URL as an app on your device for quick access.
Yes, you can see how much of the Employee Manual has been done on the left side content bar under "Your Progress"
Absolutely. No matter which package you are on, you also have the ability to add other Manuals into the portal and utilise it for all your business SOPs and policies.
This feature has the ability to work the same way as the HR manual by requiring acknowledgment of procedures or you can remove this requirement if you just want them to access it.
You can build one big manual and utilise the permission access on a page by page basis or you can have different manuals accessed by different people using the same permission feature. You can add videos to sit beside your written SOPs
The portal is all plug and play so you can do all of this yourself with no requirement from an external IT company or us at Astrowave.
Alternatively, if you don't have the time to build it out but already have the content sitting in word docs etc, you may email the info to hello@astrowave.com.au and we can provide a price for us to build it out for you.
You could have a quality manual within the portal which includes your quality policy.
Each page within the portal (No matter whether it is part of the HR manual or ones you create) has a footer which auto updates review dates and versions in line with 9001 requirements.
