Introduction

“It feels like you have all these ‘mind tabs’ open of everything you need to do. I still have those in other parts of the business… but I don’t in HR anymore.”

With the stress removed, the leadership team could invest more energy into culture and growth. And it shows. Casual team members are staying longer than ever before. One is even being promoted into a more expansive role. The business feels more confident welcoming people into the team because now they have a strong structure behind the scenes to support them.
